 Auto Filling Lead when Generating Work Orders - Maximo 7.6

Good afternoon,


I have a new Lead Mech employee, which I have updated in the Administration/Resources/Labor application.  The previous Lead is still auto filling when generating new work orders.  The previous Lead is in a new position, which is not the Lead and he was also changed in the Administration/Resources/Labor application.  I've ensured that all the information for the new Lead is the same as the previous lead was and the information for the previous Lead is now consistent with a general worker. 

Any suggestions on how to get the correct Lead to auto fill when the Mech Lead Craft is selected in the work order?

Hi - have you checked the Default check box for this new user for the Craft MECH.

It might be coming from a Person Group or a Job Plan ...

Hi Laurie,

Check the responsibility sections in the affected Job Plans or PM records.  You can set an owner, lead, work group (persongroup) on these applications that will pull the Lead onto the work order.
