 Error when adding Inventory Item to Closed Work Order

Does anyone know why we are suddenly getting this message when adding materials to a closed work order.  When hitting the Edit Work Order History button we used to be able to add materials/items from Inventory, but now we are getting this error message.  Any help is appreciated.

I see this APAR IJ43949 https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IJ43949 which seems to have been fixed in 7.6.1.3 IFIX 06 or 7.6.1.2 IFIX 031. I took a look and that error seems like it's only thrown in one place.

Thank you sir.  I'm attaching a picture of our current system.  We just did an Ifix about 2 weeks ago (Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2-IFIX20221117-1515) and it seems like that is when this started happening.  Do we need to do another you think?  Thank you for the help.  Everyone I have asked has been stumped.

Yes. You're on 7.6.1.2 IFIX 027 and the fix was made in 7.6.1.2 IFIX 031 (March of 2023). We currently have 7.6.1.2 IFIX 033 available if you want to get to the latest IFIX.
