    Since Assignments are on the work order in Work Order Tracking, did you try modifying that object structure to take on the Assignments?

    You should be able to create Object Structures based on a View.  I've done it before with Tools and Stocked Tools.  Also, there is the MXAPIWMASSIGNMENT Object Structure, but that's used for Integration not Reporting, and it doesn't use any relationships.

    Did you check the log files for more info about why it threw the error?  I googled that BMXAA4214E code and got lots of varying results, from issues/conflicts with eAudit to the user not having access to the Site the data is coming from.

    Previously there was an actually helpful IBM link that explained why but I'm struggling to find it. Simply put, though, it's not possible with assignment manager. The only official link I've found so far is this one: Why isn't there a Create Report icon in Assignment Manager application by default? (ibm.com)

    Assignment manager is a weird mix of a view (combining some of assignment and some of workorder) together and I believe the framework just can't handle that scenario.

    According to the link provided by Travis, it looks like Assignment Manager is not capable of query based reporting, or of having a result set on a start center. My best recommendation is to try using work order tracking and an object structure there, as the assignment from AM will be available in WOTRACK. Otherwise, a different report tool will be the next choice, depending on what you are looking for.
