Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem when using the Service Request Work Center.
I am getting intermittent reports from customers, particularly on mobile devices, that say they are using the SR workcenter to submit a request, get all the way to the end to hit the submit request button, and then nothing happens when they hit this button. The screen remains the same and the request is not submitted. We can't seem to get to the bottom of why or when this happens to folks and I am wondering if any of you have seen this issue as well, and what the cause was. Thanks!
