I have recently transferred in to the role of Maintenance Planner from being on the floor for 15 yrs and, I am a bit lost with this one. Also the Maximo administrator recently left the business, so we are feeling our way through this.
The issue we are having is some of our PM's are generating a "Parent WO" with no Asset and Category attached. This is a read only field and cannot be changed.
Therefore this WO is stuck as the status cannot be changed. The child WO's from the Route are correct and usable.
Has anyone come across this or have any ideas what I am missing here?
