When i try to connect the MX Loader with API key. I always got the error: 2147954402 the Operation timed out
Our Sweden team have tried this API key and it works in Sweden but when I try to connect in China. it doesn't work and also my two colleagues tried too. it also doesn't work
I try to change the "Resolve timeout"/"connect timeout"/"Send timeout"/"Receive timeout" to the max value. it still doesn't work
so does anybody have met this problem and can solve this. thank you in advance
