Hi, I believe you need to ensure Use in Specifications is checked.

Hi,
In Administration -> Classification application, against each attribute you have an option "Use with Object Detail". Click that and check if the attributes is enabled for the SR object.
Thanks,

Subject: Classifications
I have created a classification "GP Work Request" used with two objects "SR" and "WORKORDER" with five attributes added: Outage R, Outage T, Request D, Request DD, Request U. My concern is when I'm selecting my classification GP Work Request in Work Order app all five attributes are showing but when I'm selecting my classification GP Work Request from different app which is Service Request app only three attributes are showing namely: Request D, Request DD, Request U. Can anyone help me why is the behavior is like that in Service Request app? I want all five attributes are showing in Service Request app not just three. Thank you.
