MxLoader

Hi all,

I'm getting an error that I have not received before. "Error 500: java.lang.NullPointException" Cause: "Check that MxLoader Configuration Object Structure is defined." The error does not make sense to me because "MxLoader Configuration Object Structure" is not an OS?

This is not a new client environment, I've connected to this environment numerous times. I cannot replicate this issue in any other environment to include environments hosted with this provider as well as IBM and locally hosted environments. 

Steps taken to troubleshoot:

1. I can connect with REST/API but my issue is that I need to load attachments which is not supported by REST/API so I'm attempting to connect with OS/Native.
2. I can log in with the URL, username and password through the web browser.
3. I've confirmed that the meaweb servlet is running
4. I've tried current MxLoader version as well as 6.2 both get the same error.
5. I've successfully connected this same MXL to other client environments hosted by the same vendor, by IBM, and locally.
6. I've changed the enableosauth property to 0
