    Hi Rajesh,

I'm glad to hear you find the tool helpful! Dealing with SSO-enabled environments can indeed present challenges. Have you tried configuring MXLoader to work with your SSO settings? Sometimes, adjusting authentication parameters or utilizing service accounts can resolve these issues. Additionally, reaching out to your Maximo support team or community forums for specific guidance might provide insights tailored to your setup. Keep exploring solutions; with persistence, you'll find the workaround that fits your needs.

    Best regards,

Can you please better describe your issue?

Have you tried both Native and LDAP authentication types?

Can you generate an API key and try API authentication?
