    I am trying to load the meter readings data into Assets using MXLoader.

    Inspector details are loading correctly when trying to load the meter and meter readings data when meter is not already associated to the Asset.

    I have a situation where asset is already having the ASSET_COND meter and when I try to load the new meter readings, inspector is populating as FTWMAXADMIN instead of the original inspector "HAZEN".

    Removing the existing ASSET_COND meter reading also didn't work.

    I have completely removed the ASSET_COND meter from the asset and tried loading. It is populating the inspector details correctly as "HAZEN". 

    I wanted to check if there is a possibility of loading the correct inspector details without deleting the ASSET_COND meter from Asset record as removing the existing data is not an option.

    Please see the attached image of data from Manage Meter Reading History.

    Any leads would be helpful.

    Hi,

    Have you tried using an MxLoader sheet that looks like the screenshot below? I was able to successfully load by inputting an Inspector ID
