Hi,

I'm adding PM records along with Job Plans & their respective sequences with Frequency 1 MONTHS.

When a PM with Job Plan Sequences 1,3,6,12 is tried via ADDCHANGE, it is properly added in maximo. But when the sequences 1,6,12 are tried, the following error occurs while adding sequence 12:

"BMXAA8384W - At least one job plan sequence must exist with a sequence of 1"

Contrary to it, when I see the created PM in Maximo, it has the sequences 1 and 6, and when I add sequence 12 manually, it accepts it properly.

Therefore, I suspect if there is an issue with MXLOADER behavior with these sequences pattern.

I'd appreciate if I can have your kind help in this regard that how to upload PMs properly along with these Job Plan sequences.

It looks like it is trying to add a new PM record with the sequence 12...

Do you have another child record in the same load (PMMETER for example)?

In the "Config" sheet, is the "Split child rows" set to True? If yes, can you try and put it to False.

Lastly, can you share the file with a data sample?

I have verified that the Config sheet is having False for "Split child rows" property. Also, I'm not adding any other child record for the PM.

For your reference, I'm attaching the MXLoader having sample data which is throwing error and you can try this in your environment.

Try keeping the same NEXTDUE date for all.  It looks like you have 4/15/2025 for the sequence 12 line.
