MxLoader

Hello all,

Has anyone run into issues using MxLoader (any 8 version) to load data to MAS8?

Specifically, I'm using MxLoader to update OOTB Object Structures (MXOPERLOC, MXASSET, MXITEM, etc...) and I continue to get network timeout errors at varying intervals (there has been no pattern that I can see of the timeout, sometimes after a few 100, sometimes after a few 1000)

I've tried quite a few combinations of the Batch size and Timeout values. Ultimately, I'm still getting timeouts with a Batch Size of 1 and the Max Values for all Timeout fields. I have pared the load files all the way down to required attributes (for MXASSET I've tried loading ASSETNUM and SITEID and still receive timeouts).

I'd love to hear any insight on potential solutions.

Have you tried using the REST serivce.
I have had similar problems with random timeouts whilst using the OS service but not REST.
Not really a solution but it was good enough as a work around.

Good morning and thank you for your response. Yes, I am using REST. To connect to MAS8 you have to use REST/API.
