  • 1.  MXloader and application xml

    I used the MXL_APPS OS by MXLoader and updated one of the application's xml. While the application xml is updated in database but it does not reflect in Maximo UI nor in application designer.


    Have any one been successul in updating the application xml using MXLoader?
    If I fetch the updated xml in mxloader it displays the updated results.
    Even after restarting Maximo server. It shows the older definition. 
    What could be the issue.

    Hi Rana,

    Is this still a problem? 

    Are you absolutely sure that you have modified the database for the maximo system you are looking at? 

    The update to the application xml should definitely be applied when the jvm is restarted.

    I think that the revised xml should be available when the user next logs in. 

    Are there multiple jvms using this database? Could you be connected to a jvm that was not restarted?

    Hi Mark,

    Yes I am absolutely sure the changes in database are there.

    Even if I try to get XML using MXLoader it returns the updated xml.

    Restarting did not solve the issue.
    It seems to be stored somewhere else as well may be.
