MxLoader

We're trying to delete duplicate craft entries on some Job Plans. I created an Object Structure for JOBLABOR. MxLoader sees it just fine and can query the objects. However, when I try to Delete, I get the following (unhelpful) error. I've made sure to include the PK. Did I miss something else? Also, we're in a SaaS environment, so our logs aren't readily accessible.

Hi Jason,

I would first use MxLoader to change the status of the job plan to DRAFT. Then try to delete your crafts. If successful, use the MxLoader again to change the job plan to ACTIVE.

Thank you for the insight. However, even after changing to Draft status, I still get the error.

Please see if the attached will work for you. Also, are you trying to use the DELETE action instead of ~NULL~?

Don't think you can update joblabor/jobtasks on JOBPLAN without making a new revision.
Query the joblan you want to update, make the changes.

Set revision (pluscrevnum) to next digit (eg 1 -> 2) and load it back into maximo.
Update status on previous version to "REVISED"
