Axel,
you will need to provide a little more information then just a screen shot. For example,
- what version of MXLoader
- what version of Maximo are you connecting to?
- What is the Service you selected REST or OS?
- Authentication API, LDAP, NONE, Native?
- When are you getting this error? When testing the connection, when trying to query or update an OS?
These questions are just to start with basic troubleshooting. You likely want to check the SystemOut.log and SystemErr.log as the message is coming from Maximo and it may tell you a little bit more why it is failing.
