Just to confirm, you are performing a physical count and not a current balance adjustment?
The most common issue I run into is blank bins. (you'd have to insert ~NULL~) if you're using the Object Structure (OS) method instead of the new REST API.

Otherwise, it could simply be that you're going to the wrong storeroom, or the bin itself has a space in it or some other valid value for BIN that is not apparent.

How are you loading the physical count? I'm trying to load via MxLoader and I've getting an error: Bad Request
Error 400: BMXAA1359E - The inventory balance cannot be created because the inventory does not exist.

After the physical count is uploaded and any audit steps completed, each item must be reconciled. This can be done one at a time, or in bulk from the Inventory list tab.

Our organization is getting ready to do physical inventory counts and wants to us MxLoader to update Maximo. We are not sure if this is simply updating the amounts or do we need to make other transactions to capture shrinkage or any other data?
Any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.
