Does anyone else not in transportation field use the warranty add on that is in the Transportation Module? I am running into an issue when writing warranty contracts and I want to add multiple levels or frequencies and length of time but I have not figured out how to do it yet since I do not use component codes. That leaves us writing multiple contracts in order to catch each level of coverage. Example we have freezers that have a 90 gasket coverage, a 3 year everything and a 7 year just for the compressor coverage. We would like to have one contract but be able to call out each thing on that contract. Right now if we were to have to stay with the 3 separate contracts we would get 3 separate claims available in the que and then we would have to ignore/cancel the other 2 as they would not be needed as we need just one to file.
