 How to add / configure data sources for the MAS Operational Dashboard

Hello!

I am struggling to find the appropriate place in the MAS administration screens to add / update data sources for use in the Operational Dashboard (basically a corollary to the queries that sit behind start center result set portlets.  Would anyone be able to point me to documentation / procedures for accomplishing this task?

This may or may not be different than work queues--I was specifically looking at the "Table" cards because they sound most like a result set.

@Jade Warren you are looking to set up Work Queues. Currently, they only do work orders, but I am told they will eventually expand to other objects like Result Sets do. When you set up a work queue, you identify the launch application like WOTRACK and select a query from one of the saved queries and go on from there.

Datasources for tables in Operational Dashboard need to be configured in MAF Configuration Application today. This is the same application used to configure other role-based and mobile applications. Once you've published a new version of the app with the new datasource you'll be able to reference them in the table card.

The work queues help avoid the need to configure the app and can be done entirely through the UI. In 9.0 we enabled support for other object structures so you can surface Asset, Locations, Job Plan, etc. data.

Hi @Steven Shull!

How does one go about accessing the MAF configuration application?  I am not seeing it in the MAS Administration > Configuration page.
