All,

When starting a timer signed in as person X, we get the error 'BMXAA2627E - Labor person Y is not valid'.

When starting a timer signed in as person Y, we get the error 'BMXAA2627E - Labor person X is not valid'.

This error we get on 4 accounts, all saying that the labor to another person is not valid.

In the people, labor and user application person X is connected to person X everywhere, and person Y is connected to person Y everywhere, and so on.

Has anyone encountered this already? Is there any way to fix this issue without direct access to the database?

Thanks in advance, have a great day!

Seppe

The first thing I'm wondering is if you have a loop of supervisors (e.g. X supervises Y supervises X), or if person X is listed anywhere on the record of or in relation to person Y. And are all the person, labor and craft records in question ACTIVE?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your reply.

We have all these people under the same supervisor, and all work orders are only assigned to that person, no other persons there.

All labor, craft records and persons are active indeed.

Ensure that these people do not have a Workflow Delegate set on their Person/People record.

No workflow delegate is set. Every setting is the same as other people/persons where the timers do work.
