 Unable to list Security Groups

Good Afternoon,

At one time I was able to list security groups (add to a new user).

Now I'm unable to list the groups to add to a new users.

I have the MAXADMIN assigned to myself and the Application Security Group for MAXADMIN shows Security Groups with Grant Access checked for Read access to Security Groups. For the life of me I cannot determine what has happened.

Is there something I'm missing here ?

Your user has to have rights to assign security groups. Go to the the desired user record / select actions / Authorize Group Reassignment. Verify all the groups are listed as authorized groups. If not click on select groups and add any missing groups.

If you create a new security groups you have to give the user rights to reassign. It is a bit of a pain but just another of those house keeping chores to be addressed.
