Hello everyone,

I'm working on an integration project and have an object structure that points to the FINCNTRL table. There's also a JSON mapping for it. The purpose of this integration is to add new records. After testing, I noticed that the SENDERSYSID is not being populated, while all other fields are successfully populated. Is there any known reason why this field is being ignored?

Did you check if SENDERSYSID  is included in the Object Structure (Exclude / Include fields)?

Yes, I checked that the field is included and also enabled the override flag but nothing works, do you have anything else in mind?

What is the value for : select * from maxvars where varname like '%MXSYSID%'

This field is usually for Outbound. For inbound it would be preferable to set value on the Inbound processing rule.

Did you find a solution to this question? I am switching from a SOAP API to REST and I haven't figured out how to set SENDSYSID.
