Download the latest MxLoader Updater tool from here.
Extract in a folder of your choice.
Open a Command Window and change current directory to where you extracted the tool.
Run the MxLoaderUpdater.cmd command passing the full path of the MxLoader file to be upgraded.
It should look like that.

Hi Bruno,
Can you provide directions on how to use the updater? When I drag a file onto the .cmd file, it opens the 8.5 updater instead of the 8.5.2.

I think you have found a bug in MxLoader 8.5. When the file name contains a complex path (like for doclinks) MxLoader tries to recreate the full folder structure. I don't think it is correct.
I have uploaded MxLoader 8.5.1 on my blog. Please try again and let me know if it working fine.
Thanks

Subject: Cannot download doclinks attachment using the MxLoader 8.5
Hello Pros,
I am running into an issue trying to download the doclinks attachment for an Item using the latest MxLoader. Has anyone used the MxLoader 8.5 version to download doclinks attachment?
We duplicated the OOTB OS and then removed other child objects and added DOCLINKS object to it and joined it with a relationship. Below is the output for the query that I am running using MxLoader for an item.
ITEMNUM 1156092
ITEMSETID ITPostEM1
DOCLINKS.DOCUMENT TEST
DOCLINKS.DOCTYPE Attachments
DOCLINKS.DOCINFOID 508499
DOCLINKS.URLTYPE FILE
DOCLINKS.URLNAME E:\doclinks\attachments\test.pdf
DOCLINKS.DESCRIPTION test.pdf
FileEnc:DOCLINKS.DOCUMENTDATA FileEnc:/./Itemattachment/E:\doclinks\attachments\test.pdf
It returns all the information in the sheet, but the file is not getting downloaded even though it does create an Itemattachment and E folder under Itemattachment folder in the folder where the MxLoader file is saved.
When I try to use FileEnc:DOCLINKS.URLNAME, the folder Doclinks created and the attribute remains blank (ie. no value is returned) for query.
FileEnc:DOCLINKS.URLNAME
I am not sure what am I doing wrong here, so I need some guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
