    Hello All,

    I am looking to sort/arrange the start center's for a user, if a user has access to 1,2,3,4,5 start center templates, currently it is displaying 1,4,2,5,2 like that, but user want to see them as 1,2,3,4,5 order.

    Need your inputs on this how to set or is there any way we can achieve it?

    Hi Venkata,

    Start Centers display based off of two different criteria. First if a user has a default Start Center that will also take position 1. After the default, the start center is displayed based on the Description of the Start Center Ascending(Which is the same as Alphabetical). For example, if you have Start Centers A, B, C, D, and E, they would display in that order, however, if you have D as your default it would be in this order. D, A, B, C, E.

    You are always able to go into a Start Center Template and modify the Description so that it will correctly display. However, once you have modified the start centers you will need users to go in and update their Start Centers also.

    This is the change that was made.  Specifically, I added a number in front of the description.

    The start center order is changed, but if i want to apply these changes to all users (without updating their SC) ,can we do that using any sql's? to clean up existing configurations in dependent tables? like scconfig,layout etc?

    Venkata,

    The only supported out-of-the-box way to update the Start Centers is for users to update them. I believe it is possible through SQL using the SCCONFIG and corresponding tables; however, I have never done this, so I do not have any SQL I can share. This is also not a supported way to do it.
