In Maximo 7.6.1.2, when we format font, size, color, etc., the printed report presents HTML tags in a long description dialog box. Does anyone have a solution to mitigate this?

Use the Dynamic Text for the long description field.

Add Dynamic Text and enter the value as below.  (replace rextfield iwt the long desc field)
