I am trying to add an inspection form to a job plan and i am getting the following error message: "BMXAA0019I - The Organization field is either read only or part of the primary key. You cannot edit this field."  The ORGID and SITEID are blank for this job plan.  I can't tell if the inspection form has an ORGID or SITEID assigned within Maximo and I don't have database access on the backend to be able to search the tables.  I know there are rules regarding the use of Job Plans within ORGs and SITEs.  Are there similar rules for Inspection Forms?

Hi Steve,

Inspection forms are at ORG level, a somewhat annoying feature.

I have tried multiple scenarios and cannot produce the error you have experienced, therefore I look towards the steps leading towards you getting the error.

Q: What status is the form?
Q: Is the inspection form being added to the main body or the task?
Q: What is the sequence that you are adding the inspection form?

Hi Steve,

I just had the same issue and error message while trying to add my inspeciton form. I guess you should have an empty 'Organization' field as I.
The solution I found was to re create the Job Plan and this time fill the 'Organization' field, then it works to add the inspection form.
I tried to duplicate but it doesn't allow me to fill the 'Organization' field.
