    Hello, 

    I would like to know what's could cause this error:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /ATTACHMENT/text1653403746222.txt was not found on this server.
    IBM_HTTP_Server Server at ibm.maximo.eu Port 443

    When adding files with MxLoader from library to objects/assets it creates ID in the end of file name, and I think that's why I could not open those attachments (created name does not exist on the server...). How can I fix this? Maybe I need to change something in this section -> Integration - Object Structure - Inbound Setting Restrictions?

    I don't know much about MxLoader, but Maximo normally appends the File Name with a numeric value like that when a file with the same File Name already exists in the folder where the new file is being moved.

    Were you trying to link the Asset to an existing DocInfo record?  If so, you might want to try setting the non-persistent AddInfo and Upload attributes in the DocLinks record to 0.

    Yes, I was trying to send link from DOCINFO (Library) to DOCLINKS (Asset attachment) and looks like system is not getting the idea. Somehow just need to tell the system that I need just the link, not to create a new file name (name + numeric value). 

    So in my Object Structure I just have Asset/Doclinks relationship. I'm quiet new to this and that's why don't know how to set 0 to AddInfo and Upload attributes. Well in MxLoader it would be easy, for example DOCLINKS.ADDINFO - 0 and DOCLINKS.UPLOAD - 0. 

    I have bad feeling that something is missing in my settings or so.
