So, this is my current condition, here we have only 1 main storeroom to keep all our inventory items. Once a year we should to conduct overhaul to 1 unit of our plant. Since every request to inventory items stored on Reservations list, there are always a chance that a same item will be requested as "just in time" request (planned WO) or "just in case" request (breakdown or failure). Several items also recorded as long lead time purchase history. My questions is how the inventory control has ability to perform reorder process by splitting the items between specific Workorder type (worktype) ? as I know that maximo will generated the reorder quantity based on required date but we need to perform all reorder for spesific worktype at once.
Hopefully somebody can suggest me the best way to achive this situation.
