Hi Team, 

I am facing issue while exporting data in PDF formate in Birt Report. While running report , fetched column data is correct visible but being truncated while exporting in PDF format. 

I have double checked width and whitespace. All looks good but still having same issue.

Please provide any Idea or solution to fix this.

• Truncated report outputs typically occur when a report's design exceeds the margins of the Master Page.
• Based on your definition, Eclipse's BIRT Designer is a prerequisite to address the truncation issue.

How to Fix Truncation Output Issues on Maximo BIRT Reports:

Solution 1 - Adjust the report's output to desired dimensions by adjusting the report's Master Page properties.

Adjust the Master Page's properties to align with the report's desired output dimensions, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.

Solution 2 - Define Column size by percent "%" as a unit of measure

1. Ensure the report's Layout properties define column sizes using percentages (%) as the unit of measure, relative to the predefined Master Page's properties.
2. Using % as a unit of measure ensures that the sum of report elements does not exceed 100% of the predefined margins. 
3. Use the 'light blue' outline in the Layout tab as a guide.
   • Assume that report elements outside the predefined outline will cause an undesirable report output, for example, undesired truncations.
   • Use the screenshot below as a guide for the truncation issue related to your report.
   • I can adjust accordingly if your validation differs from the recommendations.
