    Since the work order is already closed, to receive the items, the only method I know of is updating the WO status to COMP using SQL update.Then receive the items, then updating the status back to CLOSE.

    In the long run, you might want to consider only closing work orders using escalation . The common practice is to leave it in the COMP or PRECLOSE status for 3-6 months, and only close if there are no active PO/Material waiting for receipt against the work order.

    Hi @nasr buzaid!

    The strange thing is that, if they bought items that should be received in a WO, and they still haven't received them, how come they closed the WO?

    It will only be possible to receive it by reopening the WO (you must update the status and historyflag per database).
