    If I wanted to track budgets that the departments are getting for a financial period. How would I track those in Maximo.   Is  there is an application that you can put in the Total Budget Amount and each time a transaction (PO) is  done it will deduct from the total.  I am watching videos on Budget Monitoring.  I'm not familiar with the application so I'm not sure if it has that capability or is there another Application in Maximo that will track Department Budgets in Maximo.
