    Hi @nasr buzaid!

    I find what you say strange. As long as the status of the work order allows it, you should be able to return the material.

    I did a test.

    There you will see the reception and then, the subsequent return.

    There you will see the 2 consumption lines in the WO. The reception generated the ISSUE line and the return to the supplier generated the second RETURN line.

    Maybe your WO is closed...

    Hi! Look, that message seems to indicate that you have a problem with the data loaded into the debit account. Open it and verify that the data is valid. Perhaps some segment may be inactive or you have the entire account inactive. As long as the message that appears is the real reason for the problem. See if you have been able to return any similar material and use the accounting account value that you used.

    Something important. The value of the debit account has a meaning and it may not be valid to use any accounting account value to return a material. What does it depend on? I cannot tell you becausa that is defined by your accounting plan. I just want to tell you if you use another account value that has not had a problem and works well, it is because the problem was in the account value you were using (perhaps it has been deactivated). But if your company creates accounting entries for any transaction, then you cannot use any value and you must be precise.
