We are using 7.6.1.1. When the Work Group is selected in Work Order, Maximo automatically populate the Lead field. I tried using AS to clear the Lead field on change of Work Group. Unfortunately, that happens prior to the auto-population of the Lead field. How can I get this done with AS?

If you're having trouble with the attribute launch point, you might be able to utilize the save launch point on the Work Order object. This won't clear the field immediately, but should leave the record in a state that satisfies your business rules. If you do utilize the save launch point, just make sure you account for various status or lifecycle conditions where this rule might not apply.
