Hi Gaurav,
For this, you need the following things to do.
1. Create an action that changes the status of PR WAPPR to APPR

2. Need to create a Communication template that has a proper message

3. associate a role (PRREQBY) for the communication template in the Recipients tab and save the communication template and set the status to ACTIVE

4. Now it's time to create Escalation so navigate to the escalation application and create escalation in the following way. Escalation must have one escalation point and that point does and the repeat check box must be checked. after saving validate and activate the escalation.
