Look, In Maximo every reception is saved in MATRECTRANS table (is every reception line). If you open there, you can see the field "Entered by" (MATRECTRANS.ENTERBY in material or SERVRECTRANS.ENTERBY in services ) which is the field where the ID of who registered the reception is stored. If you don't see it in the application, just edit it and point to that field.
