  • 1.  Conditional expression not referenced

    Posted 02-13-2025 12:57

I have an attribute in WOTRACK that should be conditionally hidden based on the site the record exists in. I have created the conditional expression and added the sigop to the application and configured it to use the expression. The attribute never displays. If I change the sigop to another conditional expression, it works as expected. The two have the same expression: siteid='<site>'. Literally copy and pasted from the working expression and only changed the site name. The only meaningful difference I can find is the conditional expression that works is "referenced" (with a value of 1), while the one that fails has 0 in the reference. Could this be the reason it fails? It's not referenced correctly?

I checked this IBM support doc, but our Maximo is SaaS with no direct access to the database.

Looks like I found my issue in case anyone runs into the problem. I had to grant access to the sigop in the Work Order Tracking application of security group for which I had specified in the application designer. And the reference count went to 1.
