    Hi everybody! I'm looking for documentation or any article on how to configure Maximo Mobile for EAM 8.9 in an Android device connecting through a vpn. Is it possible? I've noticed when the device is connected to vpn, Maximo Mobile remains loading (as if it'll be hanged), and with no vpn connection active app starts ok.

    Hi Pablo,

    When connected to the VPN on your mobile, can you access the Maximo page on Chrome? If not, there might be some missing VPN configurations on your mobile device.

    If you can connect to Maximo using Chrome, that should be all you need.
