    Hello Maximo Experts,

    I am trying to copy a custom field from the MAXUSER object of the logged in user to the ITEM record using a crossover domain, so when he creates the record the value of this field is populated automatically from the MAXUSER object. Is it possible to do that, or it is recommended to use an automation script instead ?  Thank you!
