We are on Maximo 7.6.1.3 and plan to go to MAS 9 within the next year.  I would like to automatically apply a classification to all emails sent to a specific OFF365 email address that will be picked up by the email listener.    Any thought the best way to accomplish this?

You could revise the workflow and add a condition node looking at the INBOUNDCOMM.EMAILADDRESS attribute with an action to set the classification of the SR, or (my preferred) you could add an automation script (attribute launch point on INBOUNDCOMM.OBJECTKEY) and evaluate the recipient listener mailbox and classify that way...
