Is there a way to directly open the Maximo Mobile "Start Center" page in the browser for Maximo Mobile 9 Role Based Apps? Out of the box, you need to click on the Navigator icon (9 dots icon) and it shows all the apps that user has access to.

On mobile devices, there's an app called Navigator that renders the landing page based on the app metadata. The Navigator application handles many different components in the Maximo Mobile framework like communicating with the server, navigation between apps, settings, logs, etc. The navigator app isn't usable in the web. The MAF framework tries to generate a simplified view of the apps when viewing one of the mobile apps in the web but it's not the full Navigator experience. The only reason this view exists in the apps in the web is to prevent you from getting stuck in the mobile app since the left-hand navigation and such is gone. 

You likely could customize each of the apps to open it by default but I'm not sure that would provide a good experience
