I have been trying to set up an e-mail interaction for remote users to approve/reject a purchase request.  I followed IBM's directions, but still cannot get it to work.  I've tried it using both "create communication" and using a workflow.  I receive the e-mail, but the selection list and object id do not come through.  I have attached IBMs directions with screenshots of my configuration including the e-mail template, and the e-mail I receive back.  Hoping someone on here has done this before  I guess I'm not understanding how the @@  variables work.  Thank you in advance.

Using Maximo 7.6.12 with gmail.
