Receiving below error at the time of publishing TECHMOBILE xml

Anyone can suggest where I can check the logs

Have you been able to find a solution to this? 

You can check the container logs on your Docker Desktop. If you see a similar message below, it means your container tried to use more memory than you have available. Try restarting your PC and stopping other apps.

The build failed because the process exited too early. This probably means the system ran out of memory or someone called `kill -9` on the process.
