Hi Axel. I would be very surprised if that was the cause of the problem.
That relates to a Maximo relationship.

What is the precise error that they are seeing?
Are they seeing red text with a + sign when the report is displayed?
If they are then there is usually additional information to see.
Are you running the report for exactly the same record/conditions that they are using?
If you aren't then the report could run fine.
Have you enabled the http_access.log to see what requests are being sent to the JVM running the report?
Is your system configured to run BIRT reports on a separate BIRT POD?
If it is then are you checking the logs for the correct pod?
