We are reconsidering our approach to training for Maximo 7.6 (1000+ users, 5+ languages, 45+ locations). Do you stick to internal training or do you work also with third party? At what extend do you rely on e-learning and simulation for onboarding new colleagues? Do you rely on a community of super-users to train their users? I have seen different approaches in the past that have been great success with SAP PM and wonder how to catch up as quickly and consistently as possible with Maximo.
