Hi, We are running spatial optimisation in Assignment manager and encountering messages which prevent the program running to completion.

These are 

1. This work order has no associated requirements and is not a parent work order.'

The records we created have Crafts assigned and are parent workorders

The other message reads 

2.      'This work was uninterruptible and longer than any given work period considering travel time'

We are using 8 hour shifts ion our calendars and the workorder duration is 6 hours but the travel to site is possibly 10 hours.

What settings would be needed to allow these workorders to be scheduled?

Hello Geoff,

For point 1 : Usually these errors would pop up due to data issues. You may validate the data using schedule data manager application to comply with scheduler data pre requisites.

For point 2 : If the work can be stopped at the end of working period and can be resumed during next working period you can enable interruptible check box. Also please see whether the travel matrix have been populated as expected.
