Hiding Questions in Maximo Inspection Forms Based on Main Question Response

  • 1.  Hiding Questions in Maximo Inspection Forms Based on Main Question Response

    Hi everyone,

I'm working on an inspection form where I need to hide follow-up questions if a main question is answered with a specific option (e.g., "No need"). The form fields are identified by descriptions since their IDs change dynamically, at least I think so.

    • Has anyone implemented conditional visibility in inspection forms based on the response to a main question?
    • What's the best approach to manage this using field descriptions instead of static IDs?
    • Any tips for ensuring this setup is effective and efficient during user interactions?

    Thanks for any insights!

    Best regards,

    Matis
