Hi,

We are creating Inventory Usage records to transfer items from our storeroom to a customer storeroom after the Bill Batch status changes to BILLED, based on the Sales Order Lines.

The Inventory Usage record is being created successfully, and we can manually change the status from ENTERED to COMPLETE without any issues.

However, we would like to eliminate the manual step and automatically change the Inventory Usage status to COMPLETE after the record is created.

We have tried the following approaches so far:

• Escalation with an escalation condition and Change Status action
• Automation script Using the MBO changeStatus() method

Unfortunately, neither approach is updating the Inventory Usage status to COMPLETE.

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement? What would be the recommended approach to automatically move an Inventory Usage record from ENTERED to COMPLETE?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
