Hello,
I am very much new to Maximo and I am looking for some information on how to insert Site by default and make it hidden.
1) Self Service - Create Service Request - <Site Name> populated automatically (i.e. behind the scenes)
2) Service Desk - New Service Request - <SITE NAME> populated automatically and potentially hide the field.
3) Create Work Order from Service Request to carry <SITE NAME> to the WO Tracking application.
Based on the above requirements, how can this happen or is it even possible?
