    Hi everyone,

    I'm currently facing an issue in Maximo regarding error BMXA3175E: "A PM meter reading must be greater than zero" and haven't been able to find a clear solution. I already tried entering a new reading, but it didn't work.

    Has anyone encountered this error before? Could you please share:

    • What causes this error in the system?

    • The steps to resolve it.

    • Whether it requires administrator intervention or if it can be configured by an end-user.

    Any information or experience you can share would be a huge help.
