Hi Kiran,

Are you referrting to integration user like MXINTADM?
(If your question to rest/update user password. you can do via User application)

To Update the password of integration end point, like REST API, Webservice., then it must be done on external/thrid party system which calls the Maximo API./Webservice. 

It also depends on type of authentication.For example,, if using a MAXAUTH header, the username:password must be encoded in Base 64 format.
