Hey everyone! I'm looking into taking the IBM Professional Certification Exam C1000-183 (IBM Maximo Manage v9.0 Functional Deployment - Professional) and would love to hear from those who have already taken it.

I was fortunate enough to attend the IBM TechXChange conference in 2024 and attended two workshops which helped prepare for this certification exam.  Once I returned home, I then reviewed the learning path for this certification, and took some of the free classes available to prepare.  There are a number of other classes with a cost involved but I felt that my experience with Maximo would allow me to get by without them.

The exam itself was very detailed, and did require specific knowledge about MAS vs. earlier versions of Maximo.  It was not a slam dunk, but with a lot of experience and taking my time was able to pass.  Best of luck with your learning journey.  (The exam was more challenging than my previous certification)
